Shipping Policy

Our products can be shipped by sea, by air or by courier. However, we suggest you plan to order in advance with the economic method. This also depends on your order quantity as each product may weigh as heavy as 3-6 kg.

We will try to lower the shipping cost but maintain speedy delivery for you. If you want to take a different shipping way other than we offered here, please contact us before you place your order.

Type of Shipping

Here is the general guidance to choose the right shipping method:

  • Bulk Orders (more than 200 pieces): By sea.
  • Mini-Bulk Orders (more than 50 pieces but less than 200 pieces): By sea or by air.
  • Retail Orders (less than 50 pieces): By courier (maybe one of UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT or EMS, etc).

Shipping Duration

The duration of shipping may vary a lot by the different type of shipping methods. For orders more than 10 pieces, this also may delay by the Customs Clearance process.

  • By sea: depends on your shipping ports or destinations (normally about 20-30 days).
  • By air: also depends on your destinations (normally 5-15 days).
  • By courier: varies by country (normally 2-7 days).

Lead Time

The real lead time is greatly related to your ordered model and quantity. However, once you have placed your order and have received your automatic order confirmation, you will receive an email informing you of tracking details and normal delivery time.

  • For bulk orders
    You will normally be informed about our delivery terms before we confirm your orders. This will depend upon your ordered model and quantity which will be normally 15 working days upon receipt of your full payment or deposit.
  • For online orders or sample orders
    We will deliver to you by courier within 48 hours upon receipt of your full payment. If your ordered model runs out of stock we will inform you of the delivery time or you are free to cancel your orders.

Additional Notes for Courier Service

  1. The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, we are not responsible if this varies.
  2. Goods will need to be signed for in case you choose to ship by courier. Please give a delivery address and CONTACT TELEPHONE where someone will be available. As our package will normally be oversized (longer than 1.1 meters), we do not accept PO BOX, Parcel Lockers, Amazon Locker or other similar address.
  3. If goods are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipping cost is not refundable.
  4. We deliver to the address on your PayPal confirmed address. An alternative address is not allowed according to PayPal's advice. Please cancel the original order and re-order again.
  5. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
  6. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in some cases they do deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings. Please contact the local office of the courier to arrange the delivery if you need to make any alternative delivery schedule.
